This workshop is designed for anyone who wishes to learn animal communication using the shamanic method. Attendees range from complete novices to experienced telepathic communicators, and everyone takes away magical information and spiritual gifts.

What makes Shamanic Animal Communication different from telepathic? Simply put we use the shamanic journey to enter the altered state that allows the communication to occur, and we work in companionship with our personal spirit guides, power animals and teachers, who facilitate the process and add immense value every step of the way. If you already have training in telpathic communication you will find that this method augments your abilities, as you learn to leverage the wisdom of your spirits to bring back profound information. If you have no training at all, the shamanic method is really so simple that people find it easy to learn - even when they think they "can't do it".

The shamanic journey offers us a gateway to interspecies communication that is time honored and very effective. Shamans were likely the first animal communicators and using shamanic methods you can become adept at creating a natural connection with other beings, conversing with them about things both simple and profound. In this workshop you will connect with living animals, experiencing their feelings and seeing from their eyes. You will explore their reality, ordinary and non-ordinary, and gather information that will be helpful for their "special person" to know. The sessions are heavily experiential with lots of time spent practicing and sharing what we have learned.

You will:

• Learn to communicate with the spirits of living animals, exchanging information and establishing a heart connection.
• Discover and deepen your relationship with your spirit power animal; your personal guide and teacher.
• Connect with animals who have crossed over, and offer healing to their person.
• Learn about using this method for treatment of physical and emotional problems.

Kona 2008 - a special 3rd day! We will conduct the regular workshop on Friday and Saturday, and then on Sunday we will spend the day focused on communicating with the life of the Hawaii reef. We will spend the day alternating between snorkeling, and then gathering into circle to communicate with the life we encounter, and the spirit of the reef itself. This work is a specialty of mine, and I have found that when we communicate with even the smallest little fish, the whole ecosystem of the reef works together to give us a symbiotic healing and understanding that transends our expections.

Please bring:

• A blanket/pillow to lie upon (and sit on).
  A scarf or something to cover your eyes (I like to use a dark colored ski headband)
• A drum and rattle if you have them.
• A notebook and pen.
• Pictures of animals (several) you would like have communication done with (we will be working with each other's animals as it is actually easier at first to talk with someone else's friend, and we get the joy of confirmation).
